What is your Return Policy?
If you purchase any product through Jules & Co. and are unhappy with the item(s), we ask that you hold onto the original tag and receipt. For items that are unwashed and in original condition, you have 30 days to notify us through our email info@julescobtq.com to request a return. We will send you a Return Address as well as instructions via email. Depending on the situation, you will be charged $3 for the Return Label. This charge will be applied as an addition to your in-store credit, while covering the shipping cost of the Label. All sales are final after 30 days.
What is your Refund Policy?
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before placing it.
We offer in-store credit for any refunds on returned items.
**No returns or cancellations on holiday and pre-order items.
***All sales are final on sale items.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most of our inventory is made to order, so you can expect your order to be sent to you within 7-10 business days. We usually ship much sooner than this, but would rather your package be early rather than delayed!
You will receive a tracking number via email once we have created your shipping label. We are not responsible for any shipping issues, but if you are having any issues, you can reach out to us and we would love to see if we can assist in some way!
For pre-orders, please allow up to 3 business weeks to ship out unless otherwise noted.
Please keep in mind that this business is ran by my husband and I, so please be mindful that during a high volume of orders there may be some delays. You can join our VIP Facebook group for expected delivery days on the pinned calendar at the top of our page. Also feel free to email me at any time with questions or concerns!
Business hours are M-F from 9 am-4 pm.
We are a military family, so we are off during all federal holidays.
Do you offer Pick Up?
We currently are not offering Pick Up at this time.
How does Jules & Co. sizing run?
Most of our products are made with the Bella Canvas, Next Level or Gildan brand of shirts/sweatshirts, and are all unisex unless noted otherwise.
Sweatpants, leggings, and shorts are all standard fit. You may find how each item is sized from it's product description.
All Bailey's Blossom items are sized through their brand. Please refer to their sizing chart for reference.
Are there any special care instructions?
We do not have any special care instructions with our items. However, we do suggest for long-lasting wear to turn any graphic tops inside out when washing them. I have found that this will protect the graphic designs and decreases any wear & tear.
We use either sublimation or screen printed designs instead of vinyl to assure long-lasting for your clothing. For tie-dye and bleached designs, no two designs will be the same, but we try to keep them as similar as possible!
